I explore the right communication technique to deal with various type of clients.

I have opportunity to implement the project in several cities across Indonesia. By that I gain learning and experiences to listen, understand, and recommend some solution to improve their work process efficiently. Each tenant has unique case; thus, I should customize the solution and how to communicate it.

To work in BSI, we are not only result oriented but also customer oriented.

I keep myself to explore opportunities and resources independently, so I can give insight or suggestion to customers. I feel fulfilled when our solution can be applied and make positive impact.

I have enjoyed working at BSI for more than five years. As part of the best team that maintains several custom applications for different environments and unique customer characteristics, I have gained many new experiences at BSI.

BSI implements ITSM and other company policies/procedures during daily operations and has actively supported our beloved customers. So with this in mind, it has made BSI an excellent place to increase and empower my competency and soft skill.
