1. Recent Graduates
Cognitive Ability Test → Workstyle & Personality Assessment → HC Interview → Business Case + Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) → Panel User Interview → BOD Interview → Medical Examination
• Junior to Middle
Level HC Interview → User interview → Cognitive Ability test, Workstyle & Personality Assessment → Medical Examination (BOD Interview conducts as part of onboarding evaluation)
• Subject Matter Expert or Managerial Level
HC interview→ Business Case Interview & Technical Test (Panel User Interview) → Workstyle & Personality Assessment → BOD Interview → Medical Examination
You can track your application directly on your job application platform. If you dont hear from us for 2 weeks after your latest selection process, you may follow up by email.
Yes, we try to always communicate any progress or result at least 2 weeks after the latest selection process.
Yes, it is better for you to re-apply after a year gap.
Yes, you can apply for several roles if you fit with the requirement. If you are unsuccessful for your first preference, we may consider you for your second preference (subject to business needs and requirements).
