Quality Control Office
Project Management Office for Corporate Level (PMO)

Requirements :

1.      Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering/management/accounting

2.      Minimum 5 years experience in PMO activities

3.      Minimum 2 years experience as internal auditor/internal control and support external auditor

4.      Good knowledge and understanding business process in IT industry

5.      Good knowledge in ITIL is an advantage

6.      Experience in development policy, procedure, and/or working instruction

7.      Fluent in English (written and oral), good interpersonal and communication skills

8.      Attention to detail, good teamwork, problem solving, negotiation skill, and analytical skill

 

Scope of Job :

1.      Establish Project Methodology, Project Tracking at regular intervals, and  Project Support

2.      Maintain repository of all projects (proposals, work plans, reports and changes status)

3.      Monitor project portfolio to ensure timely updates and performance reporting process

4.      Provide Project Manager guidance through standardize project management office process, tools, documentations, and templates

5.      Provide oversight to ensure project is comply to established standard (Quality Assurance)

6.      Identify and resolve common problems and potential risk issues across project

7.      Provide up-to-date portfolio level status reporting to management

8.      Conduct post project review, lesson learned, and company performance scorecard

9.      Conduct internal control

10.   Monitor implementation of SOP and identify any influential potential issues
